Merchandise Availability:

1. Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit. In the unlikely event that this product should arrive in an unacceptable condition, please contact Promotional Mailing Services Group on 01732 783600, selecting option 1, within seven days from receipt of the reward to arrange a repair/replacement.
