The M&S Gift Card is for use in store & online, and will be valid for a minimum of 6 months after the point of redemption.
Rewards are subject to availability. If an item is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted whenever possible. If a substitution is not available, your Membership Rewards points will be credited back to your Account. New rewards will be added to the programme on a regular basis.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery receipt. If your order is not received after this timeframe, please escalate within 30 calendar days via Customer Services. If an escalation is received after 30 days, we cannot guarantee resolution.
Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit.
