Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery receipt. If your order is not received after this timeframe, please escalate within 30 calendar days via Customer Services. If an escalation is received after 30 days, we cannot guarantee resolution. Please note that upon importation to the Channel Islands, your delivery may be subject to applicable local taxes which will be borne by the redeeming Cardmember.
